At WIN Transitional Home, we don’t just offer shelter we offer restoration. Every wall speaks safety. Every room holds promise. Here, displaced teen girls are not seen as broken, but as builders of a future they didn’t know was still possible. We are the in-between space where survival turns into stability, and silence turns into strength. This is where healing begins, and purpose finds its voice.
We feel it is important to teach the principle of “giving back” to the community. Youth are able to participate in volunteer opportunities that support our community while instilling good values and a sense of accomplishment for the residents.

As a group home, our goal is to create a sense of belonging and family, where each resident feels valued and supported. We recognize that every youth has a unique story and background, and we work tirelessly to address their individual needs and challenges.
Through comprehensive care and evidence-based programs, we strive to foster personal growth, educational achievement, and emotional well-being. Our dedicated team of trained professionals offers guidance, counseling, and life skills training, empowering our residents to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

COMMUNITY INVOLVMENT

Our residents also serve in the community by volunteering at area nursing homes, churches, and other non-profits. Please see a few of our Community activities. Contact us if you are interested in providing enrichment opportunities for our girls through your business or organization.
